You took some of your old data and evaluated your neural network. On average it seems to be improving the birthrate but seems to be creating some odd matchups and some estimates on fertility appear to be all over the place. Because you have no idea what’s going on inside all those nodes, you’re not too sure if this is a good call or not. What do you do?
