Lucy’s not learning from your dense rewards!

Even though you started giving Lucy a little reward every time she got a panda to a second date, the simulated pandas still would at most get to a third date with maybe a kiss or an occasional hug goodbye. This is a pretty tough problem, or maybe Lucy is slacking off. What do you do?
