Stare Angrily at the Function

You had no idea until today but ReIterateThroughDataBaseGreaterThanZero( X,YIn,Params) is your least favorite thing in the whole wide world. You keep staring at the function and its’ contents, and it’s ambiguous comments. What even is X, or Yin?! You don’t have to say ‘In’ at the ‘YIn’ that’s redundant. We get it, it’s an input.
