Eventually your mom commented, “Those are a lot of genes you know a lot about. What I’d like to know is what sort of genes make up Ruffles. You need to make a perfect copy of his DNA! I’m going to miss him so much but I can just tell, he’s living in pain.

“We’ve never had a dog like Ruffles,” your dad makes a toast with his Coors Light. Ruffles snores in the corner of the living room where he hasn’t moved in the last three hours. It doesn’t appear that the telephone analogy worked.
