You fix the indexing Issue

Yup, this was definitely a mistake, nobody intended for the matrix to be populated as a transpose and all of the elements were initiated flipped in the wrong direction. It’s attached to something you’ve never seen in the code though so it may not be it.

What do you do?

  1. Fix the code and run again, who knows right?
  2. Go back to the step algorithm function
